Erika Terraroli Ringquist is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. She holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health from the University of Denver.

Erika specializes in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities including somatic practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and narrative therapy. She is committed to meeting each client where they are, fostering a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where authentic self-exploration can thrive. She provides mental health services to Adults, Adolescents, Families, and Groups.

Her diverse clinical experience includes supporting refugees, individuals facing homelessness, and those affected by addiction. Erika strives to create a welcoming space where clients feel empowered to share their stories and embark on a path of self-discovery.

Originally from Italy, Erika relocated to the United States in 2022 and is fluent in both English and Italian. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and connecting with others in nature. Erika deeply values the power of human connection and believes it to be central to the therapeutic process.

Rates

Erika Terraroli Ringquist, LPCC provides individual counseling sessions (53-60 minutes) for $95, and Family Counseling (90 Minutes) for $135. Erika does offer limited availability for sliding scale or reduced cost sessions. Please contact Erika Terraroli, LPCC to inquire about availability.

Erika Terraroli Ringquist, LPCC is currently under the formal professional supervision of Dr. Angela Schubert, LPC, who is also employed at Brightside Counseling Services.
