Hello! My name is Allison Good, and I am a graduate student at Liberty University, currently working toward my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. My top priority as a counselor is to create a calm, supportive, and inviting space where you can feel safe to be yourself. I truly believe that the environment we are in matters, and I’m committed to making each session a place where you feel heard, valued, and completely free of judgment. I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families build stronger, healthier relationships. I enjoy walking alongside my clients as they navigate life transitions, strengthen communication, and work through any type of emotional challenges.
My approach is collaborative, hands-on, and encouraging. I want you to feel empowered and confident in your own mental health journey. Together, we’ll focus on creating meaningful, lasting change rather than quick fixes. In my work, I draw from Emotional-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to thoughtfully tailor and guide each session based on your unique needs and goals. I am certified a SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator and love working with couples who want to build a strong, lasting foundation.
Whether you’re preparing for marriage or looking to strengthen your current relationship, I help couples grow in areas like communication, conflict resolution, expectations, and emotional connection.
Wherever you are in your journey, you deserve support, understanding, and growth. I look forward to the opportunity to work together and help you move toward the life and relationships you desire. I offer a free 15- minute consultation to ensure I am a good fit for your needs. Please contact me for more information.
I am currently under the formal and direct supervision of Dr. Angela Ryckman Thalassites, LPC. She can be reached at 720-923-2323 for any questions.
